Please read the following information carefully and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.Transportation sign-up will be available upon registration. If your transportation selection was not available to you at the time of registration, log into your account and update it any time up to 2 weeks prior to camp.

After you register, complete the Transportation Form at least two weeks prior to camp to let us know your transportation plans. You can change your selected transportation options at any time by logging in to your account, up to two weeks before the camp session starts. We ask that you not change your transportation within two weeks of camp, or during the camp session. Space is reserved in vehicles and on the “Big Boat” based on the number of campers registered. In the case that your transportation needs change inside 2 weeks or you have questions, please contact the Camp Fire Office.
In the event of delays, camp will be in communication with the Camp Fire Office. Road construction and traffic are generally the cause of delays, but it can be merely the time it takes to change campers from the boat to the bus and move the luggage! Depending on the location of the delay (bus and/or boat), every attempt will be made for a staff member to be stationed at the pick-up/drop-off location(s)to inform parents of the situation and the estimated time for the bus/boat to arrive.
