Camp Fire Candy Recipes -- Yummmy!

 


Creamy Smooth Chocolate Mint Brownies

 

 

Creamy Smooth

Mint Patties

8 Creamy Smooth Camp Fire Mints Patties

4 – 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate

2/3 cup shortening

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

Glaze: 

4 Creamy Smooth Camp Fire Mint Patties

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

3 tbsp shortening

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Melt chocolate and shortening together. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla and stir into chocolate mixture. Add flour, salt and baking powder; stir just until blended. Fold in chopped Camp Fire Creamy Smooth Mint Patties. Grease foil lined 9”x13” pan. Spread mixture into greased pan. Bake at 350 till top is dry and edges pull away from pan. Cool 20 min. Remove foil from pan while slightly warm, and enjoy!

 

Heat all ingredients in microwave until melted.  Beat until smooth.   Beat in powdered sugar.  Add hot water (1 tsp at a time) till glaze is pourable.  Decorate!


Peanut Butter Almond Caramel Clusters

Almond Caramel Clusters

1 box Almond Caramel Clusters

3/4 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 brown sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy

1 egg

1-1/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar and creamy style peanut butter until smooth.  Beat and add the egg and vanilla.  Mix together dry ingredients and gradually add to the creamed sugar mixture.  Stir in the Almond Caramel Clusters.

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.


Almond Roca® Chocolate Supreme

 

Almond Roca®

Buttercrunch

First Layer:

1 cup Almond Roca® Buttercrunch

1 cup flour

1/2  cup butter or margarine

Mix together, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Second Layer:

1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup Cool Whip

Mix together, spread on top of first layer.

Third Layer:

1 pkg instant milk chocolate pudding

1 pkg instant French Vanilla pudding

3 cups milk

Mix until blended and then spread on top of the second layer.  Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding.  Decorate as desired.  Chill and serve.
