Mint Patties

8 Creamy Smooth Camp Fire Mints Patties
4 – 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Glaze:
4 Creamy Smooth Camp Fire Mint Patties 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 3 tbsp shortening
1/2 tsp peppermint extract |
Melt chocolate and shortening together. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla and stir into chocolate mixture. Add flour, salt and baking powder; stir just until blended. Fold in chopped Camp Fire Creamy Smooth Mint Patties. Grease foil lined 9”x13” pan. Spread mixture into greased pan. Bake at 350 till top is dry and edges pull away from pan. Cool 20 min. Remove foil from pan while slightly warm, and enjoy!
Heat all ingredients in microwave until melted. Beat until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar. Add hot water (1 tsp at a time) till glaze is pourable. Decorate! |
