Horizon GirlsCamp Fire USA Horizon Program

For boys and girls, 9th through 12th grades.

In Horizon club, young people have the opportunity to build their horizon: their future. "Highlight" activities are designed to examine experiences, ideas, values, and morals. Four "Reflection" projects focus on real life skills, such as career decisions, money management, dealing with peer pressure, and communication. Horizon members may choose to work on and earn the Wohelo Award, the highest award given to Camp Fire youth. Earning the Wohelo Award requires a strong commitment to community service and a long-term personal commitment to achieving a goal through advocacy actions of interest to the member.
