Resident Camp:
 Camp Sweyolakan is open to all boys, girls and young adults ages 6-18. Campers are in small groups and placed in units by grade in the fall. Membership is not required to attend camp or its programs. Campers who wish to be placed together must be within one grade and in the same program. Click HERE for a camp overview.
NEW IN 2012: Inni-Mini Sessions
Brand new this year we are including Inni Mini sessions into our camping season. Inni Minis are 2 day 1 night excursions out to camp for our youngest campers (1-4 grade). Our Inni Mini campers will come in to camp at 9am, and explore, learn and celebrate the wonders of Sweyolakan with our staff for 2 whole days before going home at 7:30pm the following night from the Landing. There are 7 Inni mini sessions to choose from including 3 weekend sessions, for those of you who might want a kid free weekend. (We hope you get a kick out of the names like we do.)
What is the difference between Discovery, Pioneer and Adventure? NOTHING!
Names help explain the part of summer the session takes place. There might be an occasional meal or activity special to that part of summer. Gypsy (7- & 11-night) A very popular session that fills fast. This unique fun-filled week ends the summer concluding with a banquet. Click for Gypsy Week information!

Outbackers Day Camp:
Come to camp and make your vacation FUNtastic! Learn new skills and develop those you already have. Enjoy the outdoors surrounded by friends as you make the most of your summer days.
 Open to campers 1st through 6th grade in the fall.
Children entering Kindergarten may qualify to attend -- it is strongly recommended that the camper has attended a structured class setting prior to camp.
Outbackers sessions run Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm - Transportation Options offered for no extra fee!
Camp Sweyolakan Outbackers Day Camp lets you enjoy all the activities of traditional overnight camp but you go home at night. Relax and enjoy learning about yourself and the world around you. Come to Sweyolakan this summer and discover for yourself that "Camp is a Wonderful Place".

Counselor in Training Program (CIT):
Counselors-in-Training get our full attention as we help them develop strong character, life skills, and values. We help kids understand the world around them and how they have an impact on it. Campers learn to push themselves; they gain confidence, independence, leadership and a positive outlook. Camp teaches understanding, patience, responsibility and cooperation.
The Junior CIT summer focuses on leadership skills, communication and teamwork. Junior CIT (first summer) is a three-week course completed during the last half of the summer season.
The focus of the Senior CIT program, in an environment of fun, is to develop skills that will make you a great camp counselor and a competent leader of children in any venue! Junior CIT (or equivalent) is a prerequisite for this program.

You & Me, Kid!:
You and Me, Kid! is an opportunity for adults, family members, friends and mentors to experience a weekend of camping activities and the outdoors with their favorite young person. The weekend begins Friday evening with departure from camp on Sunday morning.
Camp staff will prepare meals and evening snacks. Enjoy many of the camp activites such as Giant Swing or archery, or just spend the day relaxing on the beach. All activities, meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast) and lodging are included in the price listed below.

Women's Retreat:
September 7-9, 2012
$95 (Women - ages 18 & up)
Who says that kids get all the fun? Whether you are a former Sweyolakan camper, someone who enjoys the outdoors or are just looking to get away for the weekend, the Women's Retreat has something for everyone! Leave all the meal preparation and clean-up to us as all meals, snacks and lodging are included in the price.
The splendors of camp including hiking, swimming, the High Ropes course and archery are available to all participants at no extra fee. The retreat also offers a wide variety of activities from an Annual Boat Cruise on the Carbon Copy, to swinging from the trees on the Giant Swing. Some activities (barista class, crafts, massages, etc.) may be an additional fee and must be paid for at camp.
Registration for this event opens June 1, 2012 and is limited to 80 participants.
