Membership Discount

 

Registered members of Camp Fire USA Inland Northwest Council receive 10% off one session. Coupon code emailed.

Military Discount

 

Military Families will receive a 10% discount at any of our 3 camps.

Bring a Friend Discount

 

Happy campers and parents are our best form of advertising.  As a thank you for promoting Camp Fire Camps to neighbors, friends and co-workers, we will apply a $25 non-refundable store credit to your account, and $25 to the store account of your friend.  Your recruits must be first time campers, but do not have to attend with you. They must also identify you on their registration. Recruited campers receiving financial assistance do not qualify. The Bring a Friend Discount is only applicable to Summer Youth Programs*.

Are you bringing 2 or 3 friends? You can chose to receive an additional $25 store credit, or take $25 off your session fee. Your friend will still receive $25 non-refundable store funds.

 

* Summer Youth Programs =  Camp Sweyolakan Resident Camp, Camp Sweyolakan Leadership Program and Camp Sweyolakan Day Camp, Camp Aowakiya Day Camp, Camp Dart-Lo Day Camp

If you are hoping to or might use a discount, pay only the initial $75 deposit and then contact the registrar at registrar@campfireinc.org.

  • Membership Discount applies to basic camp fee only. Does not apply to Spicy Options, transportation and store accounts. No cash refunds. Credit expires Sept. 15, 2012. Membership Discount can be combined with other discounts. 
  • Bring a Friend Discount is applied 1 per individual NEW camper. New camper must be in a different household and a different account than recruiter.  New camper must enter your name during registration.
    Hint: Log in to My Account, and click on Send Email Invitations to Friends for Camps My child is Attending to share your ID number.

 

Financial Assistance

Limited Financial Assistance is available.

Financial assistance can range from 10-50% off the basic session fee.

During registration, click the financial assistance box. Once registration and deposit are received, an application will automatically be emailed with confirmation materials.

After separately submitting the financial assistance application, a follow-up email will be sent of any assistance amount.

All instructions and applicable rules will be sent with award notification.

You will have 10 days to accept assistance.

After 10 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposit applies towards balance, which is due two weeks before camp session.
