By donating to the the Restoration Project, you can support the repair, restoration and maintenance of the fleet of Camp Sweylakan's Canoes. (Our oldest dates back to 1924!)
Volunteers were trained over a 10-day period in September 2011 to restore and repair the canoes. There are currently 3 ready to be painted in the Spring of 2012: 2 war canoes; the Keladi and the Kiwanis and one small; the Tyee.
We are currently seeking contributions to the Maintenance & Tool Fund, and to the Adoption Fund in any amount. It all helps! We are hoping to clean out, update and convert the second shop to a work shed and storage for the Restoration Project.
